At Solo Service Group we realise the importance of maintaining great customer relationships. Thus as part of our support service we operate a national help desk which is open from 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday; based on a local rate telephone number.

This resource of assistance and information acts as a central point of contact to report, manage, and resolve problems and issues raised by our customers; providing efficient and effective problem solving management and service.
