Managing Director

Caroline joined Solo in 1999 as HR Manager and became a Director in 2003 and appointed Deputy Managing Director in 2008 and Managing Director in 2012. She has been influential in the growth of the Company and committed to providing all customers with a quality service.

“I joined Solo in 2002 after gaining a great deal of contract management experience at other organisations. In 2007 I was promoted to Divisional Director and my responsibilities are primarily focused on the success and expansion of the Midlands region. As a national company I am responsible for the running of the contracts in this area. I seek to build great customer relationships ensuring they receive excellent cleaning services.”

Environmental, Health and Safety and Training Manager

“I have worked for Solo since 1999; however I have over 17 years of experience within the Health and Safety services sector. My role is to ensure the health and safety welfare of all company employees and those affected potentially by our operations and maintaining compliance to legislation and sustaining the health and safety and environmental culture throughout the company. Together with my team we ensure all staff are fully trained and that the company complies with its obligations to Health & Safety and Environmental controls.”

In October 2013 I was promoted to Divisional Director for the South Wales and Surrey regions, my role allows me to oversee a variety of contracts and further the development of the business. I am dedicated to contract retention through maintaining high standards and promoting added value to service delivery and building relationships with customers.”
